Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Program
A Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Program is a free service we may offer. You may be invited to participate
in a program designed for your specific health and pharmacy needs. You may decide not to participate but it is recommended that you take full advantage of this covered service if you are selected.

representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer your questions.
TTY hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Current Members should call (866) 651-7843 for questions related to the Medicare Advantage program or
the Medicare Part D Prescription Drug program. (TTY/TDD) (800) 735-2258. Our Member Services representatives
