Golden Advantage Plus Prevention and Wellness Overview

Golden Advantage Plus provides printed brochures on specific disease topics to members schools, non-profit and governmental agencies, and health fairs. Click on the links at the left for disease-specific information.

• Provides health education information, chronic disease information and education programs to schools, non-profit agencies, governmental agencies and health fairs
• Focuses on prevention and health maintenance through community outreach, intervention and program activities
• Develops interventions and programs targeting specific needs
• Designs culturally appropriate materials that meet language barriers
• Plans monthly campaigns based on the National Health Observances Dates
