At Golden Advantage Plus, our network doctors and other health care providers are
our partners in the delivery of high quality health care services to our members.
Good communication is the key to this successful partnership. Our Provider Services
Department is available to physicians, dentists and other health care professionals
to assist, answer questions and resolve issues.
Once contracted with Golden Advantage Plus, a Provider Services representative will
be assigned to your practice. Your representative serves as your primary point of
contact to our system. If you are a primary care provider, your representative will
visit you and your office staff on a regular basis to share important information
and assist you with your administrative or operational concerns.

Golden Advantage Plus enrolls all plan members into Case Management. These services are
provided to facilitate access to medical care services and benefits offered by the plan.
Our Case Management Department is available by phone, Monday through Friday during normal
business hours. Call (866) 651-7843 or TTY/TDD (800) 735-2258 and ask to speak with the
Case Management Department.
